2. Products and description
2.1 GRADZIANI offers for sale a selection of high-end minimalist jewellery, handcrafted, available on the site gradziani.com.
2.2 Product photographs and descriptions are produced with the greatest care. However, slight differences may exist between visuals and the final product, particularly due to natural variations in materials.
3. Prices and payment
3.1 Prices displayed on the site are expressed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
3.2 Shipping costs are specified during the order process and may vary depending on the destination country.
3.3 Payment is made via the secure payment methods available on the site. All transactions are encrypted and processed confidentially.
4. Order and confirmation
4.1 To place an order, the customer must follow the online purchasing process, fill in the required information and accept these terms and conditions.
4.2 Once the order is confirmed, the customer receives a confirmation email summarising the order details (products, total price, shipping costs, delivery address).
4.3 GRADZIANI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (unavailable product, payment not validated, suspected fraud, etc.).
5. Delivery
5.1 GRADZIANI commits to dispatching orders within 24 to 48 hours of their validation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
5.2 Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen carrier.
5.3 The risks of loss or damage to products are transferred to the customer upon handover to the carrier. GRADZIANI cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1 In accordance with French legislation, the customer has a 30-day period from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
6.2 To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email or letter, and return the product in its original condition, unworn, with packaging and labels intact.
6.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is on our part or the product is defective. A full refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
7. Warranty
7.1 All GRADZIANI products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code.
7.2 In the event of a defect, the customer may request an exchange or refund following assessment of the product by our team.
8. Personal data protection
8.1 Data collected during the order process is necessary for its fulfilment. It is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the site.
8.2 GRADZIANI is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information and to never sharing it with third parties for commercial purposes.
9. Intellectual property
9.1 All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, creations, designs, etc.) remain the exclusive property of GRADZIANI.
9.2 Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.
10. Disputes and applicable law
10.1 In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact our customer service team to seek an amicable resolution.
10.2 Failing agreement, any dispute relating to a sale made on the site gradziani.com will be subject to French law and the competent courts.
