30 days to change your mind. No questions asked.
If your order doesn’t suit you, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item. The refund is processed within 5 business days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with their case. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

03 — Warranty
Lifetime warranty. No conditions.
Every Gradziani jewel is covered by a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing or material defect. A Gradziani jewel is not replaced — it is repaired, it lasts. If your jewel has a defect, contact us. We repair or replace it, free of charge, with no waiting period, no justification required.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects: cable, clasp, defective beads upon delivery or through normal wear. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, loss or external accident. If in doubt, contact us — we will always find a solution.
Cable & clasp
Covered for life. Free replacement in case of failure, regardless of the purchase date.
Natural stones
Covered against any visible defect upon receipt or appearing through normal wear.
How to activate it?
No action required at purchase. Simply keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
