Can the steel cable really break?
No. Unlike a standard elastic, the GRADZIANI stainless steel cable is designed to never give way. It withstands intensive daily use without stretching or breaking
How do I choose my size?
Measure your wrist with a tape measure or a piece of string, then add 1 to 1.5 cm for comfort. Our size guide is available on the product page to help you choose with precision.
What exactly does the lifetime warranty cover?
The warranty covers any manufacturing or material defect for the lifetime of the bracelet. If there is an issue, we repair or replace the piece free of charge, with no conditions.
Can I wear the jewellery in the shower or during sport?
The stainless steel cable and clasp are resistant to moisture and perspiration. However, to preserve the shine of the natural stones, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with chlorinated or salt water.
How do I care for my bracelet?
A simple wipe with a soft, dry cloth is enough to restore the shine of the stones. Avoid direct contact with chemical products, perfumes and creams. Store it away from direct light.
What are the delivery times and costs?
Delivery is free throughout France. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships.
Can I return the bracelet if it doesn't suit me?
Yes. You have 30 days to return your order, no questions asked. The refund is processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. We deliver worldwide via Colissimo International. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination — please visit our Shipping page for full details.
Do you offer jewellery for both women and men?
Our jewellery is designed to be worn without distinction. Minimalism has no gender.
Can I give a Gradziani jewel as a gift?
Every order is delivered in its case, ready to give. No additional wrapping needed.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your parcel from our Order Tracking page.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the parcel and the product. We will find a solution quickly.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Any order can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of validation. After this time, contact us — we will do our best.
Do you offer instalment payments?
We are working on offering this option soon. In the meantime, all payments are made in a single transaction via our secure payment methods.
Are your jewels suitable for sensitive skin?
The stainless steel cable and clasp are hypoallergenic. Natural stones are also safe for sensitive skin. However, we do not recommend prolonged wear if you have a severe skin allergy.
How long does it take to make a Gradziani jewel?
Each piece is assembled by hand in France. Production takes between 24 and 48 hours — this is the time we respect before every shipment, so that your jewel leaves in the best possible conditions.
